Lift Home swingline

I think I have broken my 5th Metacarpal Bone in my right hand. Any way to tell if it is broken without the doc? - broken metacarpal

The bone is the bone of the hand that is linked in my little finger.
Which was found on Monday and so swollen, it hurts to move his finger and it is difficult to swim. He has slight bruising and pressure there are hurting.
Any help is sufficient.
